Hummingbirds at College Farm Yard
We have a beautiful purpose built building in the heart of the South Downs National Park, surrounded by fields and neighbour to a 12th Century Church. We have direct access to the fields behind through our garden gate with lots of opportunities for nature walks and bug hunts.
The building is comprised of 2 main play-spaces, an outdoor classroom and a sleeping room. Onsite we have our own kitchen facilities and all food is cooked from fresh. Hummingbirds at College Farm Yard is specifically designed for children over 2 years old.
The children are grouped by age for some activities - Hedgehogs (2-3s), Foxes (early preschool) and Owls (preschool year). Each room has their own dedicated leader who works alongside the other practitioners to plan developmental activities based on the EYFS.
Parents are sent regular updates of their child's activities online via the Ovivio platform.
